The holders of this Pebble Creek Ski Area 2022-2023 Season Pass agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

To pick up your pass, bring your confirmation email with you. Season Passes pictures will be taken in town this fall, or in the ticket office during the season. EVERYONE will need to sign the online release before pass can be issued. Guests under 18 years of age will need a parent’s signature.

Bring your season pass EVERY DAY! If you forget your pass, go to the office and show ID. Your pass will be voided and a day ticket will be issued for a $5 fee. You must come back to the office to have your pass re-validated before skiing on your pass again.

Your pass must be displayed at all times. Your pass must be shown every time you board the lift.

All pass holders are to abide by all warnings, rules, the NSAA Skier/Snowboarder Responsibility Code, the Smart-Style Terrain Safety Code and the Idaho Skier/Snowboarder’s Responsibility Act (Idaho Code Title 6, Chapter 11). Any misconduct including, but not limited to infractions of the above acts and/or codes, reckless skiing/boarding, abusive language or improper lift use can result in revocation of your pass without refund. 

Season pass holders who are caught committing pass fraud will have their season pass privileges revoked. If caught, the pass holder may be able to purchase another pass at full price, but will be ineligible to purchase a discounted pass in March. Committing pass fraud is considered theft of services and is punishable by law. Criminal charges may be filed for pass fraud.

If your pass is lost, season pass holders are allowed one “Replacement” season pass for a fee of $25.  If the pass is lost a second time, then the pass holder may re-purchase a season pass at their original purchase price.

Season pass holders can apply to extend their pass to a subsequent season in situations involving medical conditions, injury, surgery or pregnancy.  All extensions require documentation such as a letter from a physician stating the date of injury or disability. All documentation must be received within three weeks of injury or illness.
For injuries /illnesses that occur before January 31, the pass will be extended in full, minus the equivalent amount of day tickets for days used, plus difference in pass price.
For injuries/illnesses occurring in February, the pass holder can request to purchase a pass for the following season at half price, minus the equivalent amount of day tickets for days used, plus difference in pass price. There is no extension for injuries/illnesses occurring in March. All extensions are subject to pay the difference in pass prices should they occur. Extensions expire after 2 seasons.

Season pass holders can transfer a current pass ONLY if it has not been issued.  There is a $25 processing fee. The pass holder must request in writing to whom the pass should be transferred.

Season pass holders who move out of the community can apply for a full or prorated refund based on the following restrictions.  All requests must be made prior to December 1st.  If the season pass has not been issued, a full refund less a $25 processing fee may be requested. If the pass has been issued, 1/2 of the purchase price may be requested and the previously issued pass must be returned along with the request prior to December 1st.

Family pass is for immediate family members only, defined as related by blood, marriage or law who are living under the same roof and are dependent family members.  Children must be under the age of 21. Adult children, roommates, in-laws, grandparents, or caregivers do not qualify.  Proof of dependency and age required.

Misrepresentation of  age, family status, or of any type is subject to the season pass being revoked. 

The person who purchases and/or uses a season pass for the purpose of utilizing any of Pebble Creek Ski Area, LLC’s ski area shall be referred to hereinafter as “Participant.” Participant hereby acknowledges that he/she has received valid consideration in exchange for agreeing to the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Participant agrees and understands that skiing, snowboarding and or using Pebble Creek ski area, including ski lifts, for any purpose (the “Activity”) can be hazardous and involves the RISK OF PHYSICAL INJURY OR DEATH, and such risk is inherent and cannot be reasonably avoided without changing the nature of the Activity. Participant further acknowledges that he/she has read this Agreement, and EXPRESSLY ASSUMES ALL RISKS of the Activity, inherent or otherwise. Further, the Participant recognizes that he/she has certain duties and/or responsibilities which are set forth in Idaho’s Ski Liability Act, Title 6, Chapter 11 of the Idaho Code. In consideration of allowing the Participant to use Pebble Creek Ski Area, the Participant agrees to RELEASE Pebble Creek from any and all liability and/or claims for injury or death to persons or damage to property arising from the Participant’s participation in the Activity, including those claims based on Pebble Creek’s alleged or actual NEGLIGENCE, and Participant agrees to WAIVE his/her right to file a lawsuit against Pebble Creek. Further, Participant agrees to DEFEND and INDEMNIFY Pebble Creek from all claims for property damage, injury or death which he/she may suffer or for which he/she may be liable to others or for Participant’s conduct that may contribute to a claim being asserted against Pebble Creek, arising out of Participant’s use of Pebble Creek Ski Area, whether such claims are for negligence or any other theory of recovery, except for intentional misconduct.  Additionally, in consideration for allowing the Participant to use Pebble Creek Ski Area, the Participant agrees to RELEASE Pebble Creek from any and all liability and/or claims stemming from the use of the Participant’s image while using Pebble Creek Ski Area. Pebble Creek is not responsible for this season pass if it is lost or stolen and may revoke this season pass without refund at any time for misconduct or nuisance caused by the Participant.  Pebble Creek can adjust hours and days of operation at any time based on snow conditions and/or skier visits. Pass is excluded from use for special events held beyond the 2022-2023 ski season. Pass can be voided for fraudulent use. Credits offered under restricted conditions. Non-transferable. No resale.
